2022 Wyndham Amenities Schedule of Costs

Posted 1/18/22:  Wyndham has notified the MPOA Board that amenity passes will be available to the MPOA membership on a limited basis with the fees as follows:

  • January – March $400 plus tax
  • April 1 – September 30 $275 plus tax per week
  • October – December $400 plus tax

Passes can be purchased at the Recreation Building Coffee Shop. The Ocean Ridge MPOA has no input or control over the amenities. Wyndham owns and has full control of the amenities. Please direct all questions or comments to Wyndham at (843) 869-4500.

Wyndham Amenity Passes, Discounts for 2017, and Available Credit for 2016 Amenity Pass

Wyndham is offering all owners who purchased an annual pass last year, a credit of 3 months. This is a gesture of good faith for the time that Ocean Ridge was closed in 2016 due to the hurricane damages it sustained. This credit is towards the cost of the 2017 annual pass. The owner should have received a letter offering them the 3-month credit that needs to be used to redeem the credit. If for some reason the owner did not receive the letter, they need to contact Wyndham at the Front Desk of the Registration Office at 843-869- 4516 as soon as possible.
